Above and Beyond
I was originally told my bike wouldnt be finished with the requested work and would need to be picked up 4 days later. I made an appointment and originally was told it could be done same day, but was told an hour before they closed that it wouldnt be accomplished. I told the staff I was going to come pick the bike up anyways and when I arrived I was told someone put in some extra work to ensure the job was done. That someone was Cory Hurd. I ensured to thank him in person as well because I had a special ride planned the next day and Cory wanted to be sure the customer was happy. Consider the customer happy. (Employee: Cory Hurd)
