Great Service
Thanks to Joe for finding all the parts I asked and communicating with the sales/marketing folks to cash in my points vouchers to offset the cost. It was truly a unique situation as I'm overseas at the moment with no means of traveling back to the USA before the points were due to expire, but with modern technology mixed with good old-fashioned customer service we came to a fine conclusion.
