I stopped by to pick up a couple of oil change kits that Southside advertised in their email. I wanted multiple kits because I have 2 bikes (both bought from Southside). I told Travis the years and models as I was walking to collect the oil.
He was knowledgeable enough to recognize the difference between the bikes. Because I was walking away while talking to him, he wasn't sure if I remembered to get the right filter for each. So he stopped me and asked to see what I grabbed, making sure everything was correct.
